Delivery INFO.
We cooperate with CJ Logistics(1588-1255) with delivery.
A standard delivery fee of 2,500 KRW applies to all orders with less than 50,000.
Jeju Island, islands and mountain regions are subjected to additional charge. Delivery Time : 2-7 days (business days)
Exchange / Refund.
All requests for exchanges and refunds must be made within 7 days after
receiving the package.
You must notify us first by Community or Customer Service for requests for exchanges and refunds.
Please return unwanted item(s) via CJ Logistics. If you choose to return via other delivery service, you must pay the return shipping fee in advance.
If you are returning item(s) because you have simply changed your mind , you are responsible for round trip shipping on returned products (5,000).
Refund INFO.
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 working days after we receive the return.
If you have paid by deposit/wire, you must provide us your bank account.
If you have paid by reward points, your points will be refunded.
If you have paid by your credit card, It will take 7-15 days from your request of authorization cancellation.
If you have paid by real-time bank transfer, it will be refunded to the bank in 2-5 days.
Refund Impossibility.
Returns must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment.
Item(s) must be in their original purchase condition (must not be
used, remove barcode and etc.)
You must notify us first by Community or Customer Service for requests for refunds or your parcel might be returned to you.
Gift INFO.
Gifts will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
After filling out the order form, you can check the gift.
In case the order is canceled before delivery, the gift will not be given if you are not qualified for the gift.
In case of partial cancellation after the order is completed and total price is under required amount , the gift will be cancelled. Based on single order, gift will be given when 4 Piece Set is purchased.
Returns can be made within 7 days from receipt of shipment and the gift must be enclosed in the parcel with the item(s). (The customer will be responsible for round-trip shipment costs. 5,000 won)
